I was provided notice by Global that all was in proper order and that I would check-in with the Concierge, my 2 bedroom luxury suite key would be transferred and to enjoy my stay. Nonetheless I arrived to begin my family vacation at Global and it was given ample notice of a late arrival. As the customer I found this unreasonable and I continued to dispute this issue without resolution. The third-party placed blame with Global. ![]() When I researched their reasoning even further and provided additional documentation as evidence they were in breach of Global's very own terms and conditions concerning third-party notice of the same Global doubled-down and placed blame with the third-party. ![]() Global danced and did not honor the terms and conditions of notice on my invoice by the third-party. I gave proper notice of a change to the reservation, after the initial booking, and before a default triggered. The terms and conditions of my booking were spelled out on the invoice. ![]() I booked my reservation using a third-party travel agent. 30-years of travel experience- Global is the armpit of all of my worse travel experiences combined.
